We’re delighted to be launching what we hope will be a useful resource to give you inspiration and ideas on all things related in the world of Estate Agency marketing.
To date, we have helped nearly 3000 Estate and Letting agents with our innovative digital services and after having done numerous speaking events across the UK, the one thing that we have learnt is that most would love to do a better job of marketing their businesses, including those who are seasoned marketers.
If you’re a client, you may already know about our history but for those of you who don’t, after having been an agent for over 25 years, built and sold a firm in Central London, I started Growth Track with the goal of making the technically difficult, the easy and the essential time consuming services less time consuming – in a nutshell, innovative solutions that can help generate more business with less effort, the sort of services I would have loved when I was an agent.
Over the years, digital marketing has become increasingly important in the success of a modern agency, but having the time to learn what you need to do and how to do it has become confusing. The need to stand out and be noticed and gain “brand awareness” has never been greater and I believe that if you have no way of differentiating yourself from your competition, then all that’s left is your fee – and reducing it isn’t a good strategy at all!
So, myself along with our talented pool of individuals, including social media, email marketing and SEO experts, together with some of our friends in the industry, are going to be sharing with you ideas to help you succeed.
No, we’re not going to be pushing our services, but instead giving you our own opinions, a ton of marketing hacks, software recommendations (including not estate agency ones) and occasionally covering slightly controversial topics to help get you thinking a little differently and get ahead.
To some of you who are marketing ninjas, they may be obvious, but we hope that there are going to be some nuggets that you can takeaway.
I like to use the analogy that Estate Agency is like owning a sweet shop. If you only have a limited selection to choose from, your not going to get too many excited visitors. However, if your business aspirations match those of Mr Willy Wonka, then the golden ticket can be yours!
